1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PullUp, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

PullUp is an event discovery and management platform that allows users to find events, purchase tickets, and, for organizers, create and manage events. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features of our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use PullUp for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Services. You agree not to manipulate the platform, including fraudulent ticket purchases or resale in violation of our policies.

5. Payments, Fees & Direct Subaccount Settlement

PullUp operates an automated ticketing and event management platform.

• Direct Subaccount Settlement: When attendees purchase tickets using online payment methods (Card, Bank Transfer, or USSD), net ticket earnings are routed directly to the event organizer's verified linked bank account via automated payment subaccounts.
• Service Fees: Ticket purchases incur standard transaction processing and platform administration fees (6.5% + ₦100 per paid ticket transaction, or applicable promo code terms), calculated at checkout.
• PullUp Wallet Balance: Registered users may maintain a PullUp Wallet Balance for convenient instant ticket purchases and award voting. Wallet funds can be used across eligible events on the platform.
• Awards & Online Voting: Votes purchased for award campaigns are digital contributions processed instantly and are non-refundable once cast.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the PullUp platform, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of PullUp Events or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PullUp Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PullUp Events, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the site.
